    Manager - Go to Market - Channel & Alliances


    Job Description:

    The Manager of GTM Planning for Alliances and Channel will be responsible for enabling good, efficient decision-making and developing, implementing, and monitoring GTM strategies to accelerate top line revenue growth for Veeam.



    • Manage Annual Business Planning for Alliances and Channel
    • Partner with Sales Leadership to determine annual business objectives and focus
    • Partner with Sales Leadership to design optimal GTM models (e.g., focused partners, coverage models, resource allocation & coordination, mobilization, enablement) to achieve Veeam’s stated objectives and priorities
    • Set quantitative targets and KPIs down to individual contributor or partner level
    • Identify mid-year opportunities for enhancing Channel/Alliances productivity and work with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives to address these opportunities
    • Support Sales Leadership with business analysis, insights generation, and QBRs




    • Ability to self-start, work autonomously, and assume leadership of planning and major projects
    • Strong quantitative analytics skills with the ability to generate and manipulate data sets core to providing insight
    • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Project management for all workstreams, requests, documentation, timelines, and executive presentations
    • Ability to effectively manage a cross-functional team to execute against Planning
    • Experience developing business cases, project plans, executive level presentations, and workplans
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
    • Prior Channel or Alliances experience preferred
    • Experience working at a top-tier management consulting company a plus (such as BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Deloitte, L.E.K., etc…)
    • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
    • Willingness to ask questions and seek out learning opportunities
