    Overview

    The Channel Manager, Renewal Sales is responsible for managing and developing renewals channel business.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the development and management of channel across the EMEA region within renewals business
    • Settling short and long term business goals within renewals/channel, in alignment with company/departments priorities 
    • Creating work flow for dedicated channel role within renewals department (including MBOs)
    • Lead the business planning and quarterly/annual review process within renewals sales/channel
    • Supporting channel enablement/education across renewal process
    • Identify needs for partner marketing programs within renewals business and initiating them
    • Driving up/cross sell within renewal sales for partners  
    • Collaborating with sales teams to drive joint sales (deals incorporating both new business and renewal sales)
    • Educating internal stakeholders/teams within channel roles, ensuring perfect partnering between renewal sales, new business sales and other involved departments within channel business
    • Ensuring partners continue to create customer value post license sale
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • This position reports to the Senior Manager, Renewals

    Qualifications

    • Sales, consulting practice or partner management background
    • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to work in a semi-autonmous and fast-paced environment
    • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
    • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing and reporting data
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines and quotas
    • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
    • Proven track record
    • Language requirements: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
